Testimonials

Sunwave Auto RepairAt Sunwave Auto Repair & Body Works we take great pride in providing excellent customer service. Here are a few recent notes we received from our customers:

Dear Ralph and Kathy;

I want to take a moment to say thank you. My experience with auto service shops have not been very good. I usually feel like a victim when dealing with auto mechanics. They know I am not knowledgable about this sort of thing and usually take advantage. My first impression after meeting Ralph was, here is a man who is not talking down to me and taking the time to explain what he can do to correct the problem I am having. In no time at all, my vehicle was fixed. The price was reasonable and the customer service was top notch. As promised, I have a big mouth and I intend to tell everyone I come in contact with about my positive experience with SunWave Auto Repair. I will continue to have my vehicle repaired at your establishment as you have proven to be a reputable, reliable and most important, friendly auto shop. Thank you and your staff for allowing me to finally have my car serviced without making me feel like I was just taken advantage of. You can be sure I will take advantage of this gem of a business located right here in my own neck of the woods. See you guys in about 2 months or 3k miles, whichever comes first. (smiles)
Sincerely, Erica D.

Recently, I noticed an unusual noise emanating from the bottom of my car. Upon investigating the source of the noise, I discovered that something had loosened from the undercarriage of my car. I called Sunwave Auto Repair and Body Works. Ralph, the owner, has advertised in The Colonist for several years. He told me to wait about 30 minutes and come down to his shop.
As soon as I arrived Ralph was ready for me. He offered me a chair in his air-conditioned waiting room and told me he'd be with me in a few minutes once he put my car on the lift. I had hardly settled into the book I had brought along, when Ralph reappeared. "It's all done." he said cheerfully. Taking out my credit card, I approached the desk. "Please, put that away," he said, "there is no charge."
When is the last time any of us has gone to an auto mechanic who has worked on our car, and found that when the work was completed that there was no charge? Auto mechanics have a bad reputation. But men like Ralph, (I am sorry to say I do not know his last name) is a contradiction. I suggest those of us who live here in the Colony patronize those who advertise with us. As for me, when it comes to auto repairs, Ralph is my main man!

Dear Ralph and Kathy,

As you know I have been a Sunwave customer for many years .It goeswithout saying, the workmanship and service has always been outstanding. Perhaps more significantly, is the fact that everyone I deal with at Sunwave is always so freindly and pleasant. That does not happen very often in our society. Again, many thanks and a healthy and happy New Year to you and yours.
God Bless,
William B. Thieben
